Is the PHP ticket system free and preferably Web 2.0?
Please tell me a free PHP script for organizing a ticket system on the site (people ask their question and get a ticket number, and the support answers). Not complicated, without unnecessary bells and whistles.
Requirements :
1) Free
2) PHP + MySQL
3) With a beautiful minimalistic interface (ideally ala Twitter Bootstrap)
4) It is desirable to have JQuery / Ajax so that everything works quickly without unnecessary reloads
5) Support for English (Russian is not required), multilingualism will be a plus

mantis is unequivocal, 4 is not only, but in my opinion this is the most optional for the ticket system.
The system is paid, but inexpensive, and seems to satisfy all other requests

Why PHP? Why on the site?
For noobs, I would implement a ticket system with automatic collection and registration of mail and give everyone a postal address.
Interfaces are not for noobs.
