Is the PerfLogs folder taking up space on the C drive?
Hello!
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard operating system. For some time now, very large files began to be generated in the PerfLogs folder on the disk every day and filled up all the free space on the C:\ drive (Path - PerfLogs\Admin\SystemPerformance\). The file names are NtKernel.etl, Performance Counter.blg, their sizes vary daily within a few gigabytes. And before that, the PerfLogs folder weighed several megabytes.
Tell me, what could be the reason for the voracity of this folder? As I understand it, we are talking about performance counters, but I still don’t understand why such a sharp increase in log sizes is connected.
