Is the network behind the L2TP client not responding?

Good afternoon! There is an L2TP server on a micro, when I connect to it I get the ip address of the tunnel, on the other side of the tunnel I can ping it. Question: why only the ip of the L2TP client is pinged from the microtab, but the ip of the network client is not available? I tried to register a static address on the microte to the client, the ping only reaches the tunnel address on the client side, and the ip of the network client itself is not pinged, what needs to be changed?
