Is the merchium.ru service alive?

I would like to know if the www.merchium.ru project is alive at all .
Can you share your experience?
Is it worth contacting a small online store at all?
At the moment we are using opencart, but since we created it ourselves, it is crooked.
PS Please do not write about the need to spend hundreds of thousands on normal functionality, since the business has been operating for a long time and is slowly moving forward, we are mastering a new online market, at this stage we are not ready to invest large budgets.

Учитывая, что за этим сервисом стоят Яндекс и CS-Сart, у них серьезные намерения.
