Is the mailgun flex plan still available?

I have a small blog on Ghost CMS, I want to start a newsletter based on it. The engine has nice integration with mailgun , so I would like to use this service, but their fees are confusing to me.

It is unlikely that I will send out more than 1000 letters per month. So I would like to use the flex rate. However, it has an incomprehensible description. It seems that after 3 months of the trial period, I will be automatically transferred to a more expensive plan. It's true?
On the registration page , where the user gets after the landing, there is no flex tariff at all.

Does he even exist? Is it possible to use the flexible rate with payment for every 1000 letters after the three-month trial period? If yes, how do you get to it?
