Is the live edit plugin available for sublime text?

I saw this demo today . A lot of time has passed since that moment, is the feature officially available at the moment? Where can it be downloaded?

In 3 sublime works, I checked it. Works in tandem with a browser extension - the link is on the same site.
After installing the extension, a new tab appears in the developer panel - in chrome it's "LiveStyle".
It displays the css files involved on the site on the left, and on the right you need to select one of the tabs found in the running sublime.
After the correspondence is established, you can safely edit the file in the corresponding sublime tab and the changes will be immediately broadcast to the browser even without saving the file.
The developer panel must be kept open (at least in chrome) - a necessary condition for the plugin to work in the browser.
All this and other details are listed on the site.

This is Remote Debugging, it's already in Firefox, you can enable it in the tools settings and in about:config devtools.debugger.remote-enabled = true and Paul Rouget even wrote a plugin , but it doesn't work, writes, "ConnectionRefusedError: [WinError 10061 ] The connection was not established because the destination computer rejected the connection request"
PS if you have ST3, look, the script must be edited for Python 3, the name of the urlparse module has changed and there are little things, brackets on print.
