How to change background color in Seti_UI color scheme?

I dug around myself, I didn’t find it, I just changed the color of the tabs. I did not find any information in the documentation https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Seti_UI . And then he is straight black - his eyes hurt. Would soften it up.
