Is the Information Security Specialist course from Netology and Group IB good?

Greetings!

I'm interested in information security, I want to get a basic idea and skills in this area, so that later I can finish my studies up to junior at least and start gaining practical experience.
I was interested in the course from Netology in partnership with Group IB "Information Security Specialist". (Heichu himself is usually all sorts of online courses for designers / smm, etc., but here the partner attracts).
Will this course be a good base for further development in this area?
I want to take the course in order to get a diploma of professional retraining and in which case I could at least somehow confirm my knowledge in front of HR.

I myself have a tower in the humanitarian sphere, absolutely no technical base (only Python on Stepik and the ability to manually assemble a computer + roll up an OS with drivers), but I speak English at the native level and, if anything, I can deepen my knowledge on my own. Information Security has been of interest for a long time, but I considered it mainly from the paper side, how it is organized in one of the NATO countries, and on this, in principle, I defended my diploma.

Those who know, please tell me about the quality of this course from Netology applicable to my source data.

Thank you in advance!
