Is the home NAS configuration correct?

Hey ALL!
I threw in such a home NAS. Gathered in a not very sober form, and even at night. Please evaluate the pieces of iron and suggest what is missing, and what is vice versa in excess (and could be replaced with a more sane analogue simpler). Plans to spin on Ubuntu Server 14.04 + MDADM. Well, further down the list Netatalk, rtorrent + rutorrent and so on. So...
1) Chassis: Chenbro SR30169 Black ×1
2) Motherboard: ASUS H87I-PLUS ×1
3) CPU: Intel Core i3 Haswell ×1
4) RAM: Kingston KVR16N11S8/4 ×2
5) Screw (system ): Kingston SV300S37A/120G ×1
6) Screws (RAID): Western Digital WD40EFRX ×4
7) Power Supply: Chieftec APS-550CB 550W ×1
8) CPU Cooler: Deepcool GAMMAXX 300 ×1

Personally, for my taste, the motherboard is rubbish, because Asus. The case is cool, but unreasonably expensive, if you do not use its chips such as hotswap and baskets for screws, it only makes sense if work without reboots and shutdowns is critical for you and you will often change screws. And so, in general, a good configuration, if the price is not critical and you trust Asus.
