Is the Gigabit Ethernet speed normal in this case?

There is a fairly large home network. Desktop PC with built-in Realtek gigabit network card, iMac with built-in gigabit network card, NAS with built-in gigabit network controller and two SATA drives in mirrored RAID. All this is neatly connected with small factory patch cords through the TL-SG1016D gigabit switch, which, together with the UPS, is beautifully placed under the table in a small unit rack. A cable from a router with MikroTik RB951G-2HnD gigabit ports comes to the same rack through the plinth, which distributes Wi-Fi for other devices and a laptop, and also lets the Internet into the local wired network. All this is cool, of course, but there is one BUT: I am not satisfied with the speed of copying over the wire - I did not conduct any special tests, but for example a 10 gigabyte movie is copied from a PC (specifically from a 7200 rpm hard drive connected via SATA 3) to a NAS or a ball on an iMac with a maximum speed of 66 megabytes per second. Thus, the network connection speed is not 1000 megabits per second, but somewhere around 600 megabits per second. The speed does not float, and almost always stands at around 60-66 megabytes per second. It's good, but I want more! OS on PC - Windows 10 Pro. On the network card, the PC has disabled Green Ethernet. On the NAS, in the network settings, I saw the Frame Size parameter: 1500 bytes, it cannot be changed. Where to dig? What to replace? I want to increase the speed at least up to 80-90 megabytes per second. Thanks everyone! @Wexter

run a network test with utilities like iperf, if they show 900+ Mbps, then everything is fine with the network and the problem is in the disk subsystem

Copy a movie from disc to disc - what speed will it show?
IMHO It at you a limit on speed of record.

This, of course, is all cool that they wrote and advised, but did you look at the brands of cables on the patch cords and the number of pairs used? There were cases when powerful systems had 100 Mbit patch cords.
