It is desirable in the future to execute scripts when motion is detected in zones (send a telegram message, turn on the light in the evening when moving near the front door).

Comp 24/7 has two/three times less write stability than the simplest registrar - all because of the larger number of components and universal software aimed at solving a common range of tasks.
IPtronic stuffing is good, IMX322 or IMX291 sensors will be better, but my personal opinion about the manufacturer is low reliability and workmanship suffers.

The consultant offered you only a PoE switch and a camera, there was only a little left: software for your PC, which will provide all the requirements for tracking, recognizing and sending messages, as well as storing the archive.
