There is a cable left, but I need advice - which coaxial to take? Is it worth it to take a combined cable where there are two cores to power the cameras.

The choice of cable depends on the conditions of the task, if the system has a single "center" with power and information reception, then take a combined cable, it will not work to specialize only in video surveillance, there are too few orders, combine it with the rest of the activity.
