Is the answer correct for the problem?

Hello!
When registering in the information system, the user must
come up with a password. The password is 12 characters long. Each character of the
password is encoded with the minimum number of bits, and the entire password is encoded with the
smallest integer number of bytes.
What is the smallest size in bytes that the password information will take if
only lowercase and uppercase letters of the English and
Russian alphabets are used for the password?

There is such a problem. I got 11. Can you please check if this is true?
