Is TestFlight and Production build in different accounts possible?

I am developing a program for IOS, now there is a need to test it, the customer wants to post the final product in his developer account, but even there he is delayed with its settings, so I think he can put it on TestFlight in his own.
The question is, can I then delete this program from my account and sign the production build with the customer's key and upload it to his account?
