Is such a book good for learning PHP/OOP?

This is the book

1. Is this author quoted, will the book set the right direction, but not study by reading more than seven hundred pages?
2. Is it suitable for study as a replacement (partial or full) of dockwork training?
3. Will it seriously break the mind if there is already some kind of fixed material on the docks (will it be necessary to relearn)?
Well, actually this is the main thing that interests.

Too many questions, are you really that insecure?
I bought myself this book, considered one of the best on the subject of OOP. There are just a lot of little-understood places in the docks, there no one chews anything in detail to anyone, unlike books.

3. Will it seriously break the mind if there is already some kind of fixed material on the docks (will it be necessary to relearn)?
- it fully corresponds to the official. standards + Patterns. What makes you think that the content of the book should "break" something?
