and what exactly confuses?
smart for SSD - not the same as for HDD in that part that it is UNKNOWN how to count it without knowing the manufacturer's algorithms,
the easiest way is to find the manufacturer's tool and take comfort in numbers
, the most reliable way is to make backups

If you have doubts about the SSD, you can also test it with the R.tester utility.
