Is setting up teamcity different from jenkins?

Now we are setting up CI in a company where we initially decided to use Jenkins. Faced with the fact that setting up certain things requires a very non-trivial approach that spends a lot of time looking for a solution.
Therefore, a question for those who have encountered these systems. Are teamcity settings more predictable and documented than Jenkins or is it the same hemorrhagic?
