Is scanning site directories real?

Hey, I wanted to clarify something! there is a site
website.com
and there are many folders there
. So how can I scan folder names and file names inside a folder with a certain format?
for example:
website.com/directory/filename.mp4
website.com/directory/filename2.mp4
website.com/directory/filename3.mp4
website.com/directory/filename4.mp4

if the server is not yours - no way
if yours - then you need to write a script for example php
