Is "satellite fishing" possible in PON networks?

I just came up with the idea: if satellite fishing is possible, when the user terminal catches the entire data stream from the satellite and extracts useful files from them, is it possible to do the same in PON / GPON networks? After all, the principle is the same: a common environment (fiber from OLT), which is divided by passive splitters into tens and hundreds of subscribers (ONT), and already subscriber equipment selects from the common heap only what the user himself requested. That is, the entire data stream flies to the house of each subscriber, which is downloaded by his neighbors in the OLT. Is it possible to save them as in the case of a satellite?

Fishing was relevant 15-20 years ago. Now the Internet is in every iron.
