Is receipt printer certification required?

If I made my own receipt printer (my own electronics, my own case, my own algorithm for transferring data to a receipt printer, a Chinese print head), do I need to somehow enter it into the state register / certify it in order to use it in my business for printing receipts clients?

Did you also develop the ECLZ yourself? It needs to be certified by the FSB officers.
