I want to upload trailers to youtube channel. I need to clarify the following questions:
- if you download the ru trailer (already with translation) and upload it to your channel, will it be possible to connect monetization?
- if the trailer can be monetized, but approval is needed, then who to ask permission from: the campaign-creator or those who have already translated the trailer into another language (for example, into Russian)?
- if you can't monetize a trailer by simply reloading it, is it possible to change the audio track and translation so that it can be monetized?
- if you cut out other parts from the film and make your own trailer (will monetization be possible or not, with the above questions)?
Why I want to do trailers: they are in the public domain and as I wrote here earlier, they are not copyrighted, it is possible to show trailers on social networks in my groups with films, and you can also add trailers on other film sites.

I did a similar manipulation, took 4000 hours of views for each trailer (on the Lowcostsmmcom website - search by domain in Google). I have monetization enabled.
