Is RAM worth the money?
Hello. There are many articles on the Internet on this topic, but they are superficial. Somewhere they write that you need not bother and take the cheapest of any brand. Is it so?
Please help me figure it out, because I can't do without your help.
I would like to buy two dice of 8 Gb (in the end it will be 16 Gb), DDR3. I don't play games. I sit in Photoshop, in my free time from study. Now it costs 4 Gb, which is not enough to work in Photoshop'e. Actually, for the sake of drawing, I want to increase memory.
I know that DDR3 is the last century and that it would be necessary to change the motherboard, processor, etc., but it turns out to be more expensive, and DDR5 is just around the corner.
Boys, how do you like G.Skill RipjawsX [F3-1600C9D-16GXM] 16 GB ?
One person told me that G.Skill is a good company. I'm just confused by the presence of "show-offs" in the form of batteries. I'm afraid that it may be that the RAM is bad and the manufacturer
put these "blue things" on it to shake off noobs like me.
What do you think? :D Is it a marketing ploy or is it worth the money?
If it’s bad, please advise a good one, I really want to draw, but so far it’s only possible in a notebook :D

Various "branded" memory is needed, first of all, for overclocking. On an ordinary working machine, simple Goodram, Hunix, Adata, etc. are quite enough. The main thing is that the warranty period is from 60 months.
In terms of memory, look not cheap:
In my experience, 16 GB is already starting to be missed. And I don't play with toys!
Your motherboard only has 2 memory slots! Having bought now 2x8 GB and, later, feeling the lack of this volume, you will have to buy memory again but already 2x16 GB.
