Is it possible to create a programming language that would be faster than assembler? And more low-level?

They have already been created. С, С++, Java, Erlang, Go, C#
Take a commercial compiler and play around with the keys.
In 90% of cases the code will be faster.
As for the low-level below machine codes, only HDL.
