Can't convert obj file to com file (assembler, tasm)?

There is a sample.asm file (first screen). Using tasm2 (opened via DosBox, if it matters), I create the sample.obj file (second screen), no errors seem to be found. Next, you need to create sample.com, enter the command (second screen) and issue

Cannot generate COM file : data below initial CS:IP defined

(also the second screen). Instead of sample.com, sample.map appears (third screen).
