Is my server running in a docker container?

I launched the image, I try to connect to the server that is spinning there, but it does not work.
I connect to localhost:9090 , the port is open.

In sudo docker inspect f3b1437aae42 | gedit fields Domain and Host are empty. What's wrong with the container?

Very similar to a bug with Virtualbox. This often happens when a virtual machine is launched to an unprivileged container.
