Is it necessary to carry out such a “useless” procedure, in my opinion, as “attestation of workplaces”, and what does it give?
Who has the right to conduct this certification?
Which regulatory authority may be interested in whether it was carried out?
And what are the possible consequences if this procedure is not carried out?
