Is it worth trusting such goods on Ali?

It seems to be a fake of some kind of laptop (if I understand correctly, or is it a case?).
As far as I know, the Chinese know how to make inexpensive equipment, but this ad looks somehow suspicious, laptops cost 1000-3000 rubles.
I need a temporary replacement for a dying old laptop, tasks like c, php, html, a bit of graphics, a night out.
Is it worth believing, and what's the catch.
Ps but I love the same disputes on Ali work.

Yes, I think it’s better to take a chance with such a budget on Avito, at least there you will see the seller live and the goods. And so what laptop can cost a thousand rubles ??
