Is it worth taking a new rx570 4gb for a computer universe for 3500 UAH, or can I take it from an olx 1060 3gb for 2500 - 3000 used?

Tell me why.
I'm afraid to take radeons on olx as they could be in mining.

All of a sudden, a video card with OLX dies in a couple of months, and what will you do? That's right, get smarter a little, swear and go buy to a store where there is a three-year warranty ... So can you go there right away?
