Is it worth studying the second part of the video course by E. Petrov "Specialist"?

At night, looking overdue question, =) literally just passed the video course by Evgeny Petrov "Specialist" in html / css for 2011, the first part. Is it worth studying part number 2, in my opinion for 2013, or is it essentially the same? I apologize in advance for the probably not quite correct question =)

I don’t know about this course specifically, since there is no time to review and evaluate it. But I would recommend you to study html / css using the htmlbook service, everything is detailed there and with examples.
