Is it worth stepping over the designer's idea with a UX bug?

The situation is this:
There are 2 fields on the screen - login, password, and at the bottom - the "Enter" button.
When the first field receives the focus, a keyboard is displayed that completely overlaps the "Enter" button.
It turns out that after entering, you need to collapse the keyboard and then press the button, instead of to take only one step - press the button.
(I hope you understand))
Is it worth contacting the customer, the designer, reporting this problem, or let the users not be so comfortable interacting with the program?

This is so for many, in this case, I think it’s not worth it, they won’t appreciate it)))
