Is it worth spending time on ie11(win10) support? And if not, how to justify it to the customer?

I have an application written in React, it worked correctly in ie11 windows 7 (ver: 11.0.9600.19596) and began to work non-specifically in ie11 (ver: 11.1198.14393.0) windows 10 (the component that uses the form element when redrawing disappears completely for a while and appears). There are no problems in other browsers. I need to make it work correctly in ie11 windows10, but I can’t even guess (except that ie11 g ****) why the application works fine in all browsers, but in ie11 windows 10 it stops. Please advise what can be done about this and whether it is worth spending time on this.

1) View browser analytics
2) See how many users of a given IE browser
3) Calculate how much money they bring in
4) Compare with development / support costs

In fact, you need to determine whether your potential client uses ie, and, based on this, it is possible to explain to the customer that the browser does not fully support modern technologies and is used only to download chrome.

I think we need to stop supporting this browser - as long as the developers try to support it, they will use it. In fact, it was left for that old shit that has already been bought (written) and is no longer supported (updated). Just because it's everywhere is no reason to use it all the time.
