Is it worth rewriting the code from memory during training?

I wrote a program (content recommender system) for a task with hints, such as these
. I completely disassembled the entire code, and I don’t know how to proceed to the next task or rewrite the code myself without prompts, from memory?
It's just that it can drag on for a long time, because I understand the general idea, but here are some points, because of which you will need to go into the full code (for example, I forget to check the table for empty values).
The code is small (100 lines) but I don't know whether to bother or not?
