Is it worth putting the same password on RDP and on 1C?

There is RDP, 1C labels are simply distributed on it. Everyone enters under their own leak on 1C and on RDP. Attention question. Wouldn't it be reckless to put the same logins and passwords on RDP and on 1C with AD?

Given that users sometimes give out their passwords, or windows passwords can be compromised, then separate passwords for 1s will be another barrier against intruders.

Ideally, all passwords should be unique. But in practice, if you stick to it, then you need to write it down somewhere. This is where the hole opens up, because they write it to some .txt file
. We had a practice in the organization that employees were allowed to come up with a password on their own. A unique short suffix was added to the password. To not write down anywhere and it was easier to remember. Prierno TyR54_userpass . And it turns out the password is a suffix that is easy to remember, plus my password from Odnoklassniki.
