Is it worth putting a heatsink sticker on ssd adata Sx8200 Pro?

I bought a laptop aser aspire vx-15 ssd with it comes with a heatsink sticker whether it needs to be glued to the disk, 1 time I have experience with ssd I'm afraid to break something
