Is it worth merging the docker private registry into one registry on different servers?

1 project, different servers have different environments (dev, test,prod), each server has its own registry.
A friend advised to combine all the registry into one, but the rationale is weak (centralization). I personally don't see any reason to merge anymore, maybe there are some other aspects?

If the registry has the same content, then, of course, it is more logical to combine it into one.
