Is it worth making a menu in a Landing Page?

Hello.
Have you seen the question: "Should I make a menu on the landing page?" 50% of landing pages have menus and 50% don't (from my experience), which is why I had doubts. By menu, I mean the usual anchor system (you poke on a menu item and you scroll to a specific block).
Isn't it distracting once again? Or does such structuring work for conversion? It is unlikely that a person will go to the landing several times to view some information and use the menu for this. I'd like to see people's opinions on this.
Thanks in advance!

There is a wonderful thing: Split-test!
Try it with the menu and without the menu and see which is better! In some niches, it can improve conversion, and in others it can squander. There are no clear recommendations. Only check in combat!
