Is it worth leaving work?

Argued with the "boss".
reason: I defended my opinion as an expert. He doesn’t have a clue why this is so, he says something else (“Without justification”), he just likes it so much
. He calls himself a “creative director”, but in fact he never worked in this position, he was not even in the management. He's just an animator. The studio was created from nothing. we just met and let's do it .. And in the end this happened.
He delivered an ultimatum: "Either you come tomorrow and stay, or you take the advance and leave
.
" Tired of doing business cards and all sorts of printing...
2. Free development. Freelancing opportunity.
Minuses:
1. I live with a girl in a rented apartment (The girl, on the contrary, says leave, there will be no special problems with money for the first time "
2. It takes time to find a new job.
I have been working for two years

Everything described below is purely IMHO.
Giving advice in such a situation is not correct. We don't know everything, we don't know your level. There is a possibility that you did not describe everything. But ... if a similar situation happened to me, I would leave without hesitation. And the point here is not in the format "the boss expressed dissatisfaction", but in the fact that he gives you an ultimatum. That there is already a bell - nothing adequate is expected to be expected. If you are confident, go for it. The road appears under the feet of the walker. This time. Secondly, if you make the decision to leave, you will leave your comfort zone, and, as a rule, miracles happen outside of it. В3х - if you decide to stay, you run the risk of becoming attached to your position. The longer you work in one place, the more you regret the time that has already been spent, and the more difficult it is to make a decision to leave.
Moreover, if you say that there are funds for the first time, I don’t see any problems at all - go for it. Everything will be fine!

"Come tomorrow and stay" exactly until you find yourself a comfortable job.

If you have the opportunity to stay, stay. Keep things predictable, but spend your free time hard on your freelance job search. Go freelancing organically, without shocks.
And judging by "I'm tired of doing business cards and all kinds of printing" - it's high time to start trying yourself in some other topics. A craft that is tired will not allow you to make level ups, it will be difficult for you to compete in the labor market with those whose eyes are on fire.

Man, pull yourself together and solve your problems yourself.
Suddenly you lied, and you are a crooked designer, and your boss actually understands more about what he wants to sell, and no one is interested in your "how it works" in terms of business.
What if tomorrow you find a job with twice the salary?
Suddenly you won’t find it ...
Well, such issues are not resolved on a toaster.

Don't ask on the forum. Act, not as important as what matters to you to do. There is no single solution until you leave, you definitely won’t change your job, and if you’re tired of riveting business cards, start making calendars))

changing jobs usually always leads to an increase in salary and competence, so if there is such a choice, then of course change it.

Leaving a job for nowhere because the employer exercised his legal right to say that he likes the other option better?
This is a very infantile thoughtless act.

Leave when there is an alternative in the form of another job.

Don't do stupid things. Just take revenge on him. Do what he needs, show him how *lucky he is!))) Well, look for an alternative job, talk to him. Never just go nowhere, do not repeat my mistakes. When you are out of work, you have an internal discomfort, very unpleasant, which grows and every day makes you think that you are a loser. And you can look for a job for a long time, it happens.

You won’t leave work, but you can already leave the office ...

You need to leave, but not because they quarreled, but because "I'm tired of doing business cards and all kinds of printing ..."
If you look for a new place, sitting at your old job, you will look for a long time.
If you leave immediately, you will search quickly :)
