Is it worth learning Elm?
I'm not familiar with haskell and frp, but Elm's ideas seem to be very successful, but I can't appreciate how rich the possibilities of this language and the speed of creating applications on it. Perhaps there are those who use it in production or at least have deeply studied Elm?

Definitely.
Reactive programming is very promising, and not only in the frontend. And here it is in its purest form.
The language and its ecosystem are already quite developed and are well suited for rapid development of interfaces - the code is compact and readable, there are powerful debugging and testing tools (due to functional purity).
It is useful to get acquainted with alternative paradigms and syntases, if only to take a fresh look at the traditional ones.
