Why ghc: could not execute: hsx2hs?

I am learning Haskell and Happstack.
Installed HSX using the cabal install happstack-hsp -j command.
Made according to the instructions from www.happstack.com/docs/crashcourse/index.html#hsx2hs file.
When run, the compiler gives an error: ghc: could not execute: hsx2hs.
Googling came up with nothing :(
