Is it worth it to take a MacBook pro 13 mid 2012 if I now have mbp 13 mid 2010?
My old laptop mbp 13 mid 2010 somehow no longer pulls - it slows down the hd video on YouTube, civilization 5 slows down, and in general I’m somehow not very happy.
Now I have a 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor
And a GeForce 320M 256 MB video card
Tell me, is it worth it to take mbp 13 Mid 2012 MD101 for 35000r, which has a
Core i5 2500 Mhz and Intel HD Graphics 4000
How much will I win in terms of performance?
There is an option to save money and take mbp 15 mid 2012 which has a
Core i7-3720QM (4 cores, 2.6 GHz), Ivy Bridge and GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB
, but hell, you have to save almost the same amount.
What would you do, save money or take 13" now?
Also, can someone compare nvidia 320m and Intel HD Graphics 4000?

How much memory?
To change if it is less than 8 G - it makes no sense.
I have macbook white on core2duo and macbook pro 2012 with i5 - 8gb memory everywhere. The difference is felt strongly! Virtual machines work much faster, and the graphics too.
So maybe it makes sense to change.
worth changing. I have a poppy mini with exactly the same giblets - it works well, copes with all tasks (programming, Internet, movies). especially since the old machine on Core 2 duo can be sold for some money.
put 16 memory and SSD, then the next iteration, you can throw out the drive and stick a screw in the optybay - and there will be an excellent machine for a couple of years of quiet life at a reasonable price.
