Is it worth it to raise IP telephony on Linux MikoPBX (Askozia)?

I stumbled upon the Linux distribution MikoPBX aka Askozia. Previously, it was a German company, now domestic developers are involved in the development. Functionality and ease of installation lured. But is it really so? In the shortest possible time to raise without problems and even free IP telephony server? Who has had experience?

In the mentioned product, the basic delivery is yes, free of charge out of the box. There, payment goes for different integration modules with different IPs.
