Is it worth it to open your own business?

Hello, I work as a programmer in a small company, I make landing pages, finalize CRM and get an average salary in the region. In the evenings I work for a large international company (also landing pages, letters for mailing lists and I plan to take up CRM and social networks) I get a little more. There are also individual clients and the heads of those firms give personal assignments.
I also have my own service in development, which I'm trying to monetize and plans for the second one. For all this time and effort is enough at a stretch.
So I'm thinking of opening my own company, which will support two companies, make websites, but I want to make the development of services the main direction.
Now questions.
1. Is it worth opening a company?
2. What is better to be an individual entrepreneur or an LLC?
3. What is the best way to approach this situation?
I want to clarify.
After opening and renting an office, I want to immediately hire a programmer employee, on whom to push part of the work.
My wife is an accountant by education, although without experience (it’s 1 point to choose an LLC) I do
n’t have any initial capital, only a salary from two jobs

It is better to open an LLC, as in our reality, if you work with individuals, then you will have an uprat. This is 6% of turnover. You can pay your own salary - there are no deductions to the pension fund. Legal responsibility of the firm only. Your wallet will not be affected.
The individual entrepreneur also has a simplified taxation system. This is also 6%. But there is a problem with the pension fund, whatever one may say, you will have to pay. Legal responsibility is yours.
