Not worth it. It’s worth typing very close to the layout, but it’s definitely not worth worrying about 1px left and right. In general, pixel perfect as a concept is older than adaptive layout. And in the case of an adaptive, it loses all meaning.

1. Figma and the browser render fonts differently, so the text may diverge in the layout and the browser.
2. If you make a block on flex and set centering or a button, then in some places the designer may have visual content in the middle, and in fact padding-left: 16px; padding-right: 17pxand accordingly follow pixel by pixel - to make poor-quality layout, which will take more time.
It all depends on the layout, the designer and the customer whose requirements are met. This is more of a customer service question than a technical one.
