Is it worth it to make a full-fledged landing page?

Greetings inhabitants of the toaster.
I would like to get advice from experienced people, because I still have not worked "for my uncle".
My experience is in the layout of several landing pages on the bootstrap ...
JS is only in theory so far, well, or simple tasks.
The essence of the issue is that when sending out a resume, one of the employers sent a .psd layout of a full-fledged landing page:
from the header to the footer.
The employer wants me to make a landing page using technologies that I know.
The layout is not a problem, although for me it will take a few days.
But I did such tasks for money.
So, question number 1: is
it worth making up such a landing if it's just a test task?
question number 2:
the layout has a 12-column layout like for bootstrap. According to rumors, the bootstrap is a bad form.
What do you think, should I use bootstrap or pure css? If the latter, then how to achieve a breakdown into 12 columns during the layout process?
Thank you all in advance for your informative replies.

1. I wouldn't, it's out of scope for a free test. You can agree to make up a couple of blocks, the employer must understand your level, knowledge of technologies and tools from them.
2. If the employer is set up for fast and uncomplicated landing pages, then bootstrap is a normal choice. 12 columns are made elementary, read the documentation, grid section .

It’s not worth making a full-fledged layout, and in general it’s stupid somehow .. they’ll take the layout and then say that it didn’t fit.
Bootstrap already has 12 columns by default. It’s better to type on bootstrap or foundation, or something else .. on pure css from scratch for a very long time and the last century.
Also use scss for speed up.

Make up. Who cares? If they don't hire you or leave you, no one will feel hot or cold. You will have practice, the employer / scammer will have a layout.
Who said that bootstrap is bad form? Everything must be used for your own purposes. It has a pretty good mesh. Separate from all the "components", the use of this grid is not bad form when laying out a landing page.
If you do not want a ready-made grid, write it yourself. Although why, if the layout is sharpened for the bootstrap grid, then use its grid.

If you get a job as a layout designer, then it is logical that before taking a person on a permanent basis, you need to understand: what he can do.
1. Discuss in advance how you plan to demonstrate the completed test work.
2. Layout and show on a virtual machine so that they can see the result, but cannot see / rip the layout code.

About 12 columns: better done with pure CSS. Divide 100% by 12 and get a one-column class width: 8.33%

Make up, put it on your hosting - let him click. If he asks to put it on his (employer's) hosting - create an index with a frame showing again the site from your hosting, add a couple of folders with styles and pictures for visibility. If the customer does not cut - everything is fine, if he understands - then I don’t know what to do.

I was thrown like that once, they didn’t even answer whether it was normal or not.
Now they are trying to do it for the second time. I am lost in conjectures, because some check the real offices in this way skills. But (checkmate) (checkmate) (checkmate) what (checkmate). This is my time, pay then. Right?
