Good afternoon, I want to create a bulletin board like Avito, I myself am a Bitrix programmer, but I can’t do a variak on it, because of the licenses for each subdomain. I also want to learn Wp for my projects, but is it worth doing complex projects on it?

Everything is possible. WP can be used at least as a convenient CMS (or as crud) for a complex project.
Adding your code and tables to the database is not difficult. You can use wp as a framework or write your own library.
