Photography is a hobby for me, but I still want better photos.

Good shots are obtained only in bright sunlight, and then if you're lucky with focusing (yes, it's a problem).

I want some kind of professional / semi-professional device.
On avito, it seems to me that for this money you can get a device that a new one now costs 20-30 thousand more. However, is it worth just looking at used?
