Is it worth it now to go to study as a developer / analyst?
A little about myself: I haven’t been a schoolboy for a long time, now I work in a neighborhood. He hoped to take money for his studies through an educational loan.
I expected to get an education in a good Moscow university, in connection with recent events I thought hard about it. Will this formation make any sense if the country is mired in a swamp, cut off from foreign companies?

Given the current refinancing rate, taking a loan is not the best solution, even for education, even for any other purpose. Yes, and the chances of loan approval tend to zero (it was an express analysis of the credit market))
As for studying as a developer / analyst, there is demand on the market and, probably, will even grow for some time. Partly because of the outflow of brains abroad (although I don’t think it will be a significant percentage of those who wanted it already there), partly because of the expected growth in domestic demand, since real import substitution will be required.
If you have a head on your shoulders and basic knowledge, then in many areas you can study on your own without spending money on it. There would be a desire. There are also completely free courses from various Western universities.
IMHO
The presence of a diploma in specialized specialties is required only when applying for certified positions in government agencies
. In most employers, in order to pass the first stage of screening resumes, it is enough to have any diploma of higher education, preferably in a technical / economic specialty.
Further, previous jobs, experience in a resume, and an interview will be more important.
From the point of view of formal confirmation of knowledge, I would direct my efforts to high-quality tutorials and online courses with vendor certification.
PS Someone make me finish the AZURE courses I started and pass the MS certificate. Only 20% of the material left to pass!
