Is it worth developing sites of medium complexity on EvolutionCMS?

Hello!
To this day, I develop medium-sized websites using the Laravel Framework and Nuxt.js.
Not long ago I heard about EvolutionCMS and that components, Laravel, were brought into it.
I wondered: Is it worth making a backend site using EvolutionCMS? Is it possible to make a good REST API?
If there is an option, where can I find examples for this approach?

As I understand it, we are talking about the fact that Lara components were brought into one of the ModX varieties? It's funny how crooked crafts drag components of things like Symphony (a stone in the Drupal garden) and Lara into themselves, in the hope that this will help them suddenly become cool and cool. But it doesn't work that way, because it's not just about the code.
Why does Wordpress, which was not hated only by the lazy, work on 50% of sites, while Modx remains in oblivion? Yes, because Wordpress is cool and cool, very convenient and made with soul, and the "cool admin panel" Modx makes you want to spit. A lot of unnecessary, intuitively incomprehensible, dumb. And Lara's components won't help here. Unless the hardcore fans will be delighted that, finally, the holes in the code base have been patched up a little, but that's all.
Therefore, my verdict is very simple: finally let Modx rest in peace. It is outdated in every sense, and to make it a candy that can compete with the same - not ideal - Wordpress, you need tens of thousands of man-hours of qualified specialists. And this will never happen.

On Evolution, you can make a project of any complexity. In fact, this is an excellent admin panel, which has now been added what programmers wanted - a lot was dragged from Laravel. Write, respectively, you can do anything. It didn't seem to interfere with it before. But now there are controllers, components, blades, migrations, artisans, etc.
However, it is still worth evaluating the complexity of the project - whether the Evolution admin panel is needed there in principle.

"You can study on MODX, you can earn money on Laravel"
Personally, I have not seen orders for MODX larger than the crooked online store
Laravel one of the most demanded among customers
I myself do not work on any of them, I just always look at the market
