Is it worth copying the design of the text of the posts?
There is a well-known site, and the actual design of the text of the posts is ideal. It's impossible to come up with something better. It is the font, style, sizes, indents, list design that interest me (is there something else :)? ). Blocks of code, for example, are of course different. Can this be copied? I've tried many options, nothing suits me. Of course, to change a few design itself, unique blocks.

These types of designs are commonly referred to as UI patterns. A lot of sites use similar components both structurally and in style. It's okay that your post will look similar.
But to completely copy the code is an unhealthy thing, it is better to write it yourself.
