Is it worth closing breadcrumbs in noindex if categories are not promoted?

Hello. Can you please tell me whether it is worth closing breadcrumbs in noindex if the categories are not promoted and are closed in Robots.txt? They may not be displayed at all, although for the convenience of users, I think they should be left.

I wonder why you decided not to promote the categories?
Either way, I wouldn't bother with it. If pages are closed in robots.txt, then this is enough. If the search engine indexes (neither noindex nor robots can interfere with it), then simply remove these pages from the index in the webmaster.
